WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNED ITEMS.

This is a small business and cannot issue refunds to initial method of payment. We would be thrilled to help you with sizing and styling questions to ensure your purchase is well thought through. HOW DO I INITIATE MY RETURN?

Please email your order #, the item you’d like to return and the reason for return to inmykzs@gmail.com.

You’ll be sent a pre-paid return shipping label to your email. Print the label, package your item and drop it at your nearest USPS location. 

Once the return is received it will be processed within 5-7 days or sooner! You will then receive an email with your E-Gift card for store credit.

HOW DO I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?

Once your return is received and processed, we will email you an E-Gift Card that never expires. Please allow 5-7 days after return is received for store credit to be delivered. Shipping costs are not included in store credit. 

ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS

Items not eligible for returns include Pre-Ordered custom items & Sale items.

The amount of your store credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include shipping cost if you paid for expedited shipping.

Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.

Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn.

If an item is ineligible for a return and it is included, we will then send the ineligible item back to you.

Please allow 5-7 business days for return processing.

Store credit does not expire.
